Michelle Harrison, Ph.D.



Michelle received a B.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Science from the University of British Columbia in Canada and then a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Texas at Austin. She spent 8 years working in a clinical laboratory prior to obtaining her graduate degree and has since spent the last 10 years involved in cardiovascular and health-related research. Having been involved in initial evaluations during early-stage product development, Michelle has first-hand experience from conception through to the existing design of each of the instruments offered by Technavance. This combination of relevant research experience along with hands-on instrument development has provided Michelle with a solid platform to contribute to the design of tailored solutions to help customers pursue their specific research questions.
